Our mechanical cleaning methods, such as vibration and knocking techniques, are particularly gentle and efficient. They help reduce disposal costs and shorten blasting times during maintenance. For higher cleaning quality requirements, we recommend abrasive blasting.
In addition to standard blasting equipment, we also use high-performance special blasting systems with operating pressures of up to 25 bar, specifically developed for the refurbishment of refractory materials. Our mobile blasting systems also allow direct recovery of the blasting media. All equipment meets the highest safety standards, featuring central control units and electro-pneumatic dead-man switches.

Depending on customer requirements, we can perform cleaning according to standard cleanliness levels defined by DIN 55 928 (SA1, SA2, SA2.5, SA3), SIS 05 5900, and ISO 8501/1+2. Our high-pressure water cleaning is particularly suitable for heating surfaces in boiler and air preheater systems. We also offer CO₂ blasting (dry ice cleaning) for air heaters, burners, and heat exchangers.
